UCF football is undefeated against these FBS teams

UCF has a short history both as a university and as a football program. While they have moved up the ranks quickly and played a lot of teams, there are teams they have not played, or teams they have only played once or twice.

There are teams, however, that UCF has played and never lost to. With the small number of teams that UCF has played in its short history, the number of teams they are undefeated against is small, but some of the names might surprise you.

Here is a list of every team UCF has never lost to and the Knights's record against them.

Alabama Crimson Tide: UCF is undefeated against the great Alabama Crimson Tide, well they have played Alabama once and beat them back in 2000. The Knights held their own against the Crimson Tide, a team that was struggling to find their footing again, and won a close on 40-38.

Boise State Broncos: UCF had not played Boise State for the first time till 2021 and that was a very memorable game. After three rain delays, the game finally started and didn't end till after 1:00 a.m. in what was a crazy game. The second matchup was similar just with no rain delays, with UCF winning the game with a field as time expired making UCF 2-0 against Boise State.

Central Michigan Chippewas: UCF and Central Michigan have met just once in program history making the Knights 1-0 over the Chippewas. UCF had a convincing 31-13 win at Central Michigan back in 2003, less than 10 years after UCF moved to Division I.

Florida Atlantic Owls: This in-state competition started back in 2003 when these teams met for the first time in Boca. UCF has taken all four matchups against the Owls putting up at least 30 points in each matchup and scoring over 40 points three times.

Louisiana Lafayette Ragin' Cajuns: Louisiana Lafayette is another team UCF is 4-0 against, but the Knights and Ragin' Cajuns have not faced off since 2007. The Knights's biggest win over Louisiana was back in 2001 when UCF shut them out 31-0 at home in Orlando.

Middle Tennessee State Blue Raiders: UCF and Middle Tennessee State have only met once which was back in 1999. The Knights traveled to Tennessee to put a beat down on the Blue Raiders 39-14 late in the season.

Oklahoma State Cowboys: UCF played Oklahoma State for the first time in 2023 in UCF's first season in the Big 12. The Cowboys came into the game against UCF as heavy favorites, but the Knights had something in their back pocket, it was their annual Space Game. UCF is undefeated when playing in their annual Space Game and they weren't planning on losing yet because they beat the Cowboys 45-3.

Western Michigan Broncos: Like Central Michigan, UCF has only faced Western Michigan once in program history and it was a close one. The Knights brought home the 31-27 win back in 2002.
