Raider Red might be a little too high on this list, but Texas Tech made him look cool. He is not creepy and the finger guns are a fun thing that everyone knows is Texas Tech.

The name could use a little work, they just flipped Red Raiders around and said that was going to be the name, but he has other redeeming qualities.
