Pistol Pete is a historical mascot that dates back more than 150 years. He used to be a human mascot and then they chose to enlarge the mascot's head and use the person's normal body.

The bigger head is a little creepy, especially with the large fake mustache, but how old this mascot is does help him in these rankings.
