TCU had an amazing season just two years ago. No one them making the College Football Playoff, let alone the championship game. The Horned Frogs were on top of the world, even after losing the championship, but then they lost all their players to the NFL and the transfer portal.

It was expected that TCU would take a step back, but no one expected to step back as far as they did. The Horned Frogs struggled in all phases of the game last season and weren't even bowl-eligible at the end of the season.

Head coach Sonny Dykes had brought in a good transfer class, even with two 5-7 seasons in the last three years, but there are questions around the quarterback position that are cause for concern for TCU this up coming season yet again.
