UCF heads into their second season in the Big 12 and it just might be their best shot at a conference title.

Utah comes in as the biggest threat for newcomers from the Pac-12. With quarterback Cam Rising returning for his seventh year coming off an ACL tear from last season, along with his favorite target tight end Beant Kuithe, the Utes are primed to win a Big 12 title.

The offense will center around Rising, and his knee is the biggest question mark, but if he is at the top of his game, with the weapons he has around him, this offense could be one of the most feared in the conference.

The defense needs to step up to match the offense, but this could end up being the team to beat late in the season to keep them out of the Big 12 Championship.
