Like West Virginia, Iowa State was a team that surprised everyone in the Big 12 with the fact that they were surprising contenders by the end of the season. This is an underrated team with the roster that they currently have.
They have proven themselves in the last few seasons, but everyone wants more and more, especially in the Big 12. Th Cyclones have returned a lot of players that have proven themselves and they could easily be a team that is ranked in the top 25.
However, as much as this team could be very successful, they could easily fall hard and their defense is a big reason for that. The defense could be better to matchup with their offense and it just might be their downfall.
