Believe it or not, UCF football has never played these FBS teams
UCF football vs. Mountain West Conference
A lot of the teams in this conference are a far distance from Florida, so that could be the main reason there are so many teams UCF has yet to face in the Mountain West Conference.
San Jose State Spartans: As mentioned earlier, distance is probably the main factor these teams haven't battled it out. A postseason matchup could be possible, but San Jose would probably have to win the conference for that to happen.
UNLV Runnin' Rebels: UNLV has played better in the past few seasons, but they need to build up their resume a little more before they can get a now Power-4 Conference UCF team.
Air Force Falcons: Air Force seems to be a team everyone has played, but UCF seems to just not have gotten them on their schedule yet. With how often the Falcons make it to bowl games, maybe the Knights can meet them in the postseason.
Wyoming Cowboys: Distance is by far the biggest factor for these teams to have not played each other yet, however, Wyoming needs to also build up their resume more if they ever want to see UCF.
Fresno State Bulldogs: Fresno State is one team I would think UCF would have faced in this conference with some of their recent success, but it is probably due to distance. Former UCF quarterback Mikey Keene actually transferred for Fresno State two years ago, so that matchup would have been cool to see.
Colorado State Rams: Seems that UCF has not faced Colorado, so it is no surprise Colorado State has yet to see UCF on the football field. The Rams are another team that needs to bolster their resume to have UCF on their schedule.
San Diego State Aztecs: Distance is easily the biggest factor UCF and San Diego State have not faced off yet because these teams are on opposite ends of the country and don't play in the same conference.
