Former UCF running back RJ Harvey is going viral, and it is the most amazing thing UCF fans have ever seen. The second-round pick by the Denver Broncos just completed his first-ever 3-day rookie mini-camp and came out a star, but maybe not for the reason many would think.
Harvey is not a huge running back in terms of his height, but he does have a lot of size when it comes to his build, especially in his legs. NFL fans are freaking out over the sheer size of Harvey's quads, dubbing him the new "quad-zilla" of the NFL, a name that used to belong to Super Bowl Champion Saquan Barkley, or otherwise known as "Sa-Quad" Barkley.
The Denver Broncos certainly got a great pick out of Harvey, and he seriously impressed during his camp, showing his talent and how he could be a real game-changer for this Broncos offense next season.
The NFL world is going nuts over the size of RJ Harvey's quads
Never skip leg day, ladies and gentlemen.
Quad-zilla has a nice ring to it. Harvey used those massive quads to break through defensive lines last season and turn on the jets over more than 20 rushing touchdowns.
Harvey's speed and agility have never been a mystery to UCF fans, everyone else is just finally getting tos see what Knights' fans have been seeing all along. Harvey has a chance to be a real star in the league, he only needs his opportunity.
That is probably the most interesting way to describe someone: "a bowling ball of vengeance." Definitely using that one in the future.
If Harvey is impressing this much simply in rookie camp, just wait till he gets reps with the starters. he may need a little bit of an adjustment period, but this man eats, sleeps, and breaths football.
Again, never skip leg day.
UCF fans have always known Harvey was a star, and now everyone else is seeing it too. While fans will miss hearing "RJ Harvey breaks free on his touchdown run" yelled throughout the Bounce House on Saturdays, they will love hearing that on their TV during an NFL game on Sundays even more.
